Clavea provides cybersecurity, software development, cloud infrastructure, and related technology services. Our services include but are not limited to: • Security Operations Center (SOC) and SIEM services • Incident response and forensics • Penetration testing and vulnerability assessments • DevSecOps and secure development • Cloud infrastructure management • Compliance consulting The specific terms, deliverables, and pricing for services will be outlined in separate service agreements or statements of work.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for: • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials • All activities that occur under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access or use We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for unauthorized purposes.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of any content.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CLAVEA INC., ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM: • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our services • Any conduct or content of any third party on our services • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content • Any other matter relating to our services Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Clavea Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from: • Your use of our services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights • Any content you submit or transmit through our services
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the Province of Quebec, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
